mid-century obsessions

On a recent trip to Whidbey Island, Wa. I hoped to find something I couldn't live without in a small store in one of the tiny towns. On a short visit to Langley, Wa. I found this chair. Now everyone knows I am obsessed with everything mid-century and I was quite proud of myself for passing on this chair. 1. It had no price tag on it 2. When I asked how much it was the person did not seem that interested in finding out so I lost interest. 3. The last thing I need is one more random chair. If it had been a set my next question probably would've been "How do I get these back to California?"

Later at a thrift store for local food bank I ended up spending .27 on a vintage fabric remnant. I was marked .15 but I decided it was worth being overcharged.
