When I was shopping at The SPCA Benefit Shop in Carmel, Ca (http://www.spcamc.org/benefit.htm) I immediately fell in love with these dainty little glasses. Their etching reminded me of 50's/60's logos and backgrounds. They were only .50 each and I figured the lonely smaller glass would make a cute vessel for a dessert someday. New Years Eve was the perfect occasion to use the champagne glasses. It just tastes better this way and you're forced to hold your glass high as they did back then.

my vintage new year
